YOSD was founded by Nitya Kirat to provide companies who strive for continuous improvement with a high-quality flexible resource. Whether it’s transitioning to a successful work-from-home (WFH) team, expanding a sales team, gearing up for an explosive new product/service launch, or turning around a below-par situation – we can be a great partner! Clients have unique situations and we deliver custom solutions that are relevant for them.

Typical initial engagements are ~2-3 months, at which point we assess progress and determine onward path to improvement. Clients can take next steps themselves or work with us. We’ve supported several clients for multiple years until they’re able to bring on the right internal resources.

Our typical client engagement often includes:

  1. Conducting the YOSD 24-point Sales Assessment (1-2 days)
    • For PE firms/acquirers, it’s recommended to do this as part of due diligence
  2. Identifying and prioritizing the opportunities for improvement
  3. Developing a custom Sales Process, building training & tools
  4. Interactive training
    • Focus on maximizing the conversations your team needs to have with prospects and clients to increase conversion, shorten sales cycles, retain and grow accounts.
